Steven Kirby: Illuminations Project

Steven Kirby’s Illuminations Project delivers richly textured, multilayered, ebullient, and lyrical jazz. The quintet of instrumentalists, joined by special guest Aubrey Johnson, a New York–based vocalist extraordinaire, features group interaction and high-level improvisation integrated into a mix of carefully crafted original compositions and creative arrangements of standard tunes.

Kirby is an award-winning guitarist/composer and associate professor at Berklee College of Music.
